• You must be 18 or older to create an account or request a private reading.

• Browse advisor profiles, then request a time that suits your timezone.
• When an advisor approves your request, an invite code is generated for you.
• Enter that invite code to join the private chat at the scheduled time.
• Track sent, received, approved and declined requests on your Requests page.

• Update your personal details and reset your password from Your Account.
• Past Oracle and advisor transcripts are stored under your account history.
• Announcements from our team arrive in your Alerts inbox.
