Refund Policy

Card draws, the free 5-minute Oracle session and your saved history are free of charge. No payment is taken and no refund applies.

• Cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current period.
• If you cancel within 14 days of a first purchase and have not used a paid advisor session, contact us for a full refund.
• Renewal charges are not refundable once a new period has begun, except where the law requires it.

• Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the requested time for a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations under 12 hours may be charged in full, since the advisor has reserved the time.
• If the advisor does not attend, or cancels, you receive a full refund or a credit — your choice.
• Appointment requests that are never accepted are never charged.

If a paid session is cut short or fails because of a fault on our side, tell us within 7 days and we will refund or credit the affected session.

Because readings are for entertainment, we cannot refund a session simply because you disagree with the guidance or the outcome did not match your expectations.

Email hello@liveoracle.com with your account email and the date of the charge or session. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
