Terms of Use

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Live Oracle.

Live Oracle is a general-audience service intended solely for adults. When you create an account, or before you begin a private or paid reading, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept these Terms of Service. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You must also be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Before purchasing or requesting a live reading, an advisor session or any paid feature, you must accept these Terms of Service and confirm you are 18 or older. Completing a purchase or sending a session request constitutes that acceptance.

Tarot and oracle readings are provided for entertainment, spiritual reflection, and personal insight only. Readings should not be considered medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. No outcome or prediction is guaranteed.

All readings, Oracle chats, astrology content and advisor conversations are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not professional advice and are never a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial or other licensed guidance. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. • Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account; accounts are not transferable.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Self-serve tarot draws are free. Private Oracle readings are available to members only, limited to one reading per day and a 5-minute session each. Guest free tarot draws are limited to one single session per email address and IP address (one at a time, one per connection — not renewed monthly). Members receive extended or unlimited access according to their membership level. We may adjust these limits and may block attempts to evade them.

Membership levels (member, advisor, staff) unlock additional features such as unlimited Oracle sessions, the Zodiac Path and Life Map, saved history and live advisor sessions. Invite codes are personal, single-use unless stated otherwise, and may be revoked if misused. Any paid membership renews only as described at checkout and can be cancelled at any time for future periods.

• Advisor appointments are requests, not confirmed bookings, until the advisor accepts.
• Times are shown in your local timezone; you are responsible for arriving on time.
• Advisors are independent readers and are not employees of Live Oracle.
• Harassment, abuse, threats or attempts to move a session off-platform are prohibited.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, hateful or harassing purposes.
• Do not attempt to break, probe or overload our systems, or scrape content automatically.
• Do not impersonate anyone, resell readings, or misrepresent our content as professional advice.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful or obscene.

If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately — Live Oracle is not a crisis service.

Live Oracle does not provide emergency, medical or mental-health crisis support. If you are in danger, in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline immediately.

Advisors and readers are independent practitioners. Their interpretations, opinions and statements are their own and are not made, verified or endorsed by Live Oracle as statements of fact.

You may cancel a session request or a membership at any time before the session begins or before the next billing period. Paid sessions cancelled at least 12 hours in advance are refunded in full; sessions missed without notice are not refundable. Technical failures on our side are always refunded or rescheduled at your choice. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the questions and details you submit and grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service. Our artwork, card imagery, text, code and branding remain our property or that of our licensors; you may keep and print your own readings for personal, non-commercial use.

Oracle responses are generated by an AI model. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and identical questions may produce different readings. Treat all output as reflective, not factual.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for other users or advisors. You may close your account at any time from your account page or by emailing us.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions taken based on a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you may have.
